TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERT (multiple openings - we're growing!)
Location: Carlsbad, California

Salary: DOE - Competitive Salary
Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties/Skills: Candidate will provide expert level, friendly customer service to GLDS software users (including CSR's, billing system managers, accountants, I.T. staff and corporate management). Must be familiar with all facets of cable television operation and billing and subscriber management software. Experience with GLDS WinCable or comparable software required. Positive attitude, excellent customer service, computer, and telephone skills required.
Promotion Path: Successful candidates will become proficient in support of the GLDS billing/subscriber management software. Promotion path includes opportunities in training and account management for cable operators worldwide.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent technical training required, college degree peferred. Work Environment: GLDS is a close-knit group of dedicated cable and software professionals. Our goal is to work together to keep our customers happy! Every employee is a key person; we’ve never had a layoff in our 26-year history. Dress code is business casual. Work conditions include a gourmet kitchen and a distinctly “family” environment. This is NOT a typical call center. We’re looking for a full-time, permanent addition to our team. Several of our employees have reached their 20-year anniversaries.
